Satellite Chinasat 9 at 92.2°E - KU footprint : identification of two new data transfer

- when analyzing the spectrum of circular vector L from Chinasat 9 satellite at 92.2° East in the KU band on
19th September 2009 I am at frequency f = 12 170 MHz to define the parameters of the new data transmission and for the
first time I managed to define the quality of income data for the next carrier at frequency f = 12 072 MHz,vector L.
