uncorrected blocks RU,an applied protocol FEC 7/8 .

3 951 R_Measuring the quality of DVB-S2 carrier transmission : amplitude of the quality expressed in the unit
quality MER from 12 to 15 dB for the carrier in the DVB-S2 standard defines a gain margin ranging from 5 to 7 dB , at a
packet error rate PER which oscillates around the zero levell - < 1x10-7 !
