- during the six hour interval measurements I identified the three qualitative phase, associated with the persistent
failure of the satellite.Average level of quality within the timeframe from 7 to 9 am >MER=10-12 dB_from 10 to 11 am
>MER=8-10 dB_ from 12 to 13 pm >MER=11-13 dB .
--- Doordarshan network & quality status of reception : 2.10.2010 ---
3 725 H : Cyclically changing amplitude of quality ranging from 10.5 to 12.5 dB with a three-hour peak in quality to
the level of MER=14 dB,with full detection stability.Twenty-minute time frame defined cyclically recurring changes from
peak-high/MER=12.5 dB to peak-low/MER=10.5 dB.After the inclusion of HD transmission of the packet I have not
identified even once the ideal status of quality at bBER<10-6 and level of quality measurements in place fell on average
by 2 dB.In the last analysis that I have performed on 24.7.2010,the time frame of twenty minutes, often occurring
situation that lasted several minutes during which the error rate bBER did not fall below the bBER = <10-6.
In contrast with the second packet from the network DD Doordarshan at f=3 925 H I also currently identified
several ideal status of quality in bBER = <10-6 _ MERp=16.5 dB .
--- Doordarshan network & quality status of reception : 27.7.2010 ---
3 725 H : constantly alternating gain margin in a wide range of amplitudes from 5 dB_MER=10 dB
to 13 dB_MER=18+ dB.In the field of measurement and analysis of the quality is regularly repeated qualitative state
of absolute zero error rate BER before Viterbi decoder  >>> MER=15 + dB direct link to bBER=0 .

3 760 V DD Chanadana & QPSK Constellation : from a theoretical perspective, I almost reached the ideal status with
a peak level of quality at bBER=<1x10-6, which also defines the four carrier phases without any interference in the QPSK
quadrant.Typical error bBER level slightly oscillated at a level of 6x10-6 to <1x10-6,what is in the Central European
reception conditions satisfactory outcome !

I have identified exceptional quality condition in which the gain level slightly oscillated in the range of quality peaks
from MER = 12.5 to 14.5 dB /in time span of 20 minutes/ which is the net gain margin of almost 10 dB at almost zero Ch BER !
Compared with recent measurements that I made in July 2010, I identified an average of about MER=2 dB higher gain level
for each carrier in the range of TP 1+2+3 .
