L+RHCP sa mení prakticky každý deň a je vysoko pravdepodobné že sa jedná o príjem
z Blízkovýchodného a Ruského zväzku vlnenia,ktorý pokrýva stredoeurópsku zemepisnú
oblasť vysokou hladinou efektívneho vyžiareného výkonu EIRP
