The scientific and research center focused on the possibilities of satellite reception of the EthioSat Ethiopia television network from the Eastern Africa footprint of the NSS 12 satellite at 57.0°E, within the geographical region of Central Europe, was established by the author and inventor Roman Dávid from Lučenec.
