- approximately once in every five minutes period, the gross signal level has reached a threshold of around
MER=4.0 dB > POW-V=1.5 mV and then permanently alter the quality of reception in the range from
MER=4.5 to 8 dB /POW-V=1.5-2.3+ mV/ without any cyclic sequence in field measurements.In regularly recurring
cycles, I identified the average peak level of quality MER=6.5 dB and about one time in one hour peak reached
a level of quality MER = 8 dB which generally persisted units to tens of seconds,not longer !
