Measuring the quality of DVB-S2 carrier transmission : in the time period of data collection measured in the length
of sixty minutes, I identified a slight change in amplitude of the quality MER from 11.5 dB to 12 dB, which is the fair
gain margin from 3.5 to 4 dB > the DVB-S2 level of packet error rate PER,was close to or equal to zero / PER=<1x10-7 .
