DVB-S2/PER=<1x10-7 : less than one error packet from a total of ten million defines full reception stability with slightly
oscillating level of gain in the range from 5.5 to 6 dB.
DVB-S2/EVM=35.5% : EVM value clearly determines that the value of the voltage levels of demodulated symbols in QPSK
constellation quadrant shows a relatively high distortion compared to the expected voltage level

MERp=15.8 dB_N.MAR=9.4 dB : I have identified a stable zero level error rate BER before the decoder Viterbi what I
define as an ideal state of quality with real gain margin of about 11 dB with negligibly small oscillation of the peak-MER .

(after the change of the carrier frequency 4 133 >> 4 130) confirmed the strong revenue growth in the quality of the
original MER=6.1 dB levels to current levels of MER=10.2 dB .
