  - In temporal sequence analysis of the quality of intake twelve o'clock, I identified a significant difference in the quality of
intake to 6 dB _+/-3 dB_ between the quality of income in the morning /average from 7-8.5 dB/ and afternoon /12-14.5 dB/ CET.
Occasionally, I measured the exceptional quality of intake when peak levels peaked around the value of MER=14+ dB at absolute
zero BER value before Viterbi decoder,which only in this period of time peak EIRP quality allows the possibility of unstable reception
with a diameter antennas from 140 + cm .
