Geosynchronous SATELLITE WGS 3 in orbit λ=-12° is a new research object of Think-Tank dxsatcs in KA band.
Falls under the exclusive administration the Ministry of Defense of the United States (PENTAGON-MilSatCom), which
provides primarily in the Euro-African geographical area high-capacity data connectivity (3.6 Gbit/sec) for military
              and intelligence components in the frequency range from 20 200 to 21 200 MHz.
