Astra 1L-19.2°E-KA band : komentár autora Romana Dávida

Objekt Astra 1L je jediným zo štyroch objektov zo sústavy družíc Astra na orbite λ=19,2° vd,ktorého spektrálne
kapacity so šírkami pásma B=2x500 MHz pre V+H  lineárne rozsahy,vysielajú a pokrývajú v spektre jedného
downlinkového zväzku od 18 300 do 18 800 MHz celú európsku oblasť vysokou hladinou efektívneho
izotropického vyžiareného výkonu.(signálna distribúcia UPL sa vykonáva v pásme od 29,5 do 30 GHz). 
Z dôvodu že v spektre KA pásma objektu Astra 1L sa aktuálne vysiela len jeden-kvázi regulérny FTA distribučný
kanál na f=18 766 MHz (Uniresat) a pri tom druhom NONE-FTA na f=18 365 MHz sa už viacej ako rok nevysielajú
akékoľvek informačno servisné metadáta (SI), autor svoju pozornosť sústredil na rozsah vysoko vyťaženej
časti spektra od 18 505 do 18 580 MHz_V (Ka-10+Ka-12) v ktorom identifikoval v priemere od 7 do 12 feed
nosných britského telekomunikačného operátora SiS Live, pochádzajúcich z prevažne mobilných uplinkových KA staníc.

Špecifikom všetkých týchto feeds liniek sú nasledovné fakty,ktoré vychádzajú z architektúry/blokovej schémy
samotného formátu DVB-S2:

1,Provajder SiS Live aplikuje výlučne pokročilý štandartd DVB-S2 a konštantné modulačné parametre prenosu
CCM (8PSK,SR=3630,FEC=2/3)

2,Pri každej linke sa aplikuje výlučne dlhý respektíve normálny FECFRAME rámec n1dpc=64 800 bitov nie skrátená
verzia 16 200 ( vnútorné kódovanie a dĺžky rámcov pred BCH a LDCP kódovaním sú pri FEC=2/3 43 040 a 43 200 bitov)

3,Ani do jednej feed linky , za účelom synchronizácie v sat.receivere (počas rámcovania a kódovania PL Framing
+Scrabling) nebol vložený PILOT

4, Každý "feed" signál sa po energetickom rozptyle ešte pred samotným uplinkom na družicu filtroval Roll-off filtrom
s faktorom omedzenia šírky pásma alfa=0,20 a alfa=0,35

Vyššie menované primárne faktory,ktoré zadefinoval provajder SiS Live sú pri každom streame na sekundárnej
strane negované jednotným sprievodným javom,ktorý pozostáva z permanentného a cyklického stavu vysokého
nárastu chybovosti,ktorý nesie vizuálne znaky (DVB-S) podobnosti ako pri masívnom náraste neopravených "Reed
Solomon" blokov,ktoré sprévádza pixelácia okolo minimálnej hladiny C/N potrebnej pre uzamknutie nosnej.
Autorov kontrolný výpočet odvodený od šírky pásma nosnej B=4,356 MHz potvrdil že pri konštantne stanovených
modulačných parametroch (DVB/S2,8PSK,SR=3630,FEC=2/3) je k dispozícii čistá bitová rýchlosť necelých 7,2 Mbit/sec
pri minimálnom odstupe C/N=6,6 dB pre uzamknutie nosnej.Kedže ani jeden zo SW programov (Crazyscan+EBS),
ktoré autor použil neponúkajú relevantné posúdenie kvality príjmu v štandarde DVB-S2,postavené napr. na metóde
priemerného výkonu vektorovej chyby EVM/RCE alebo ešte lepšia metóda určujúca pomer chybne prenášaných
paketov PER, je na mieste položiť si otázku či použitý SW definuje správne DVB-S2-FEC parameter,(nebolo by to
po prvý krát,kedy tento SW zadefinoval nesprávne mimoriadne dôležitý FEC parameter od ktoré sa odvíja všetko
ostatné,aj keď v 99% prípadov je presný) , lebo ak operátor SiS Live v praxi aplikuje napr. FEC parameter 9/10
a nie 2/3 , potom sa hladina minimálneho odstupu C/N pre stabilnú detekciu nosnej výrazne  zvýši až na 11 dB
z pôvodnej C/N=6,6 dB pri FEC=2/3, čo by mohlo ale aj nemusí v praxi vizuálne súvisieť so sprievodným javom
permanentnej pixelácie respektíve s cyklicky sa opakujúcim poklesom kvality.
